Damages

When your shipment arrives make sure that you inspect the merchandise before signing anything from the freight company.  Any damages must be noted on the delivery paper work for us to be able to claim insurance from the freight company.  Any damages not noted on the bill will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Freight Damage
All items ship FOB factory or warehouse. Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received by Chairnation.com for freight damage. If you find that merchandise has been freight damaged, simply refuse the shipment unless it is shipped via FedEx/UPS. Call us if you receive a damaged chair via FedEx/UPS/Or Other Freight liners and we will send out replacement parts. If the chair is shipped via truck, make the truck driver wait for you while you inspect the chair. Failure to inspect the chair will result in loss of protection. If the freight company leaves the chair at the door and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you need to call your freight office within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to calling us for replacement parts.

To make sure that we keep your business in the future we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase upon delivery you may return it according to our return policy.
 
Return Policy
Chairnation.com offers a Seven Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return your chair, simply call us at 713-302-2737 for a return authorization number (RMA). Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. All returns are subject to inspection.  All returned items must include all of its original packaging material, in its original condition, free of damage, include all parts and documentation.  If the chair has been opened restocking fees will apply.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  Clearly print the RMA number on the packing slip or appropriate shipping documentation.
 
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled any time prior to processing (usually within the first 24 hours after an order is placed).  Any order that has been processed must go through the return process (please see our return policy for more details).  Back Ordered items may be canceled as long as the item is still in "backorder status" and is not being processed.  All cancellations must be submitted via email or fax.

Warranty
We provide our standard one year warranty on all electrical parts and our extended three-year warranty on the steel frame and body. If there are any problems, contact us immediately for replacement components. Parts are easily replaceable and step by step instructions can be provided upon request. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear on upholstery, improper use, problems due to accidental misuse, or unauthorized alteration or tampering. There is a 320lb weight restriction on most chairs. These chairs are FDA, UL, CE, ISO 9001:2000 certified!
 
Shipping Policy
After receipt of order, all products will be shipped in 1-2 business days.  Transit times are based strictly on location, for massage recliner they range from 3-5 days.  Transit times for office chairs range from 1-5 days. Massage recliners are shipped via truck, while other chairs are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or DHL.  Prices include freight to business or pick-up at terminal. Residential curbside freight will incur up to an extra $75.00 surcharge.
